Beginning Care

At Andan Chiropractic Clinic, we work with you to ensure that you will receive the best possible chiropractic care for your health. Through a three-step consultation with Dr. Dan and his staff, you will have the opportunity to discuss questions and concerns with Dr. Dan. He will review your health history to determine if a chiropractic care program may be beneficial for you, to coordinate care with other healthcare providers if necessary, and to determine whether he will accept you as a patient. Allow an hour for each of these three visits.

1. Initial Visit

A complete medical and trauma history will be taken. An initial exam may include:

  1. Postural analysis
  2. Range of motion testing
  3. Bilateral weight scales
  4. Static palpation
  5. Motion palpation
  6. X-rays if needed

You may download new patient forms and bring completed forms to your first visit!

Our office follows standard HIPPA procedures. The following forms may be downloaded and read for informational purposes, but do not need to be filled out or brought to the office.

2. Problem Report
Dr. Dan will review your exam findings and any x-rays with you. If you decide to accept care from Dr. Dan and he accepts you as a patient, you will receive your first adjustment.

3. Solution Report
Based on your response to your initial adjustment, Dr. Dan will discuss his recommendations for your care and explore the most cost effective ways to obtain optimal health through chiropractic care. If you choose to become a patient at Andan Chiropractic, you will receive your second adjustment at this time.

As a courtesy to our patients, our office bills directly to most insurance companies. We participate with the Medicare, PPOM and Aetna Programs. Our goal at Andan Chiropractic is to make Chiropractic Care affordable for everyone, from infants to seniors and from individuals to families. We are aware that most insurance companies have limited participation if any at all for Chiropractic Care, which is why we offer affordable and cost effective programs to those who want to make their health a priority.
